A cozy haven in the city
The cozy atmosphere of the hotel made every evening a delight. I especially loved the bar area, perfect for unwinding with a cocktail after exploring the beautiful city.
My room felt a bit cramped with our four suitcases. It was manageable for two nights, but I can imagine it would be challenging for a longer stay.

perfect spot for exploring krakow and its beautiful parks
my stay was delightful, with an excellent breakfast each morning and a fantastic location that allowed me to easily stroll to iconic spots like the wawel castle and the picturesque rynek glowny central square within just 10-15 minutes on foot, making it a perfect base for my weekend adventures.

my stay was almost pleasant, but the shower flooded the floor like a water park, which definitely wasn’t the luxury experience I expected. and the breakfast? let’s just say the pancakes taste like powder. I also expected a complimentary gesture for my troubles, but they clearly treat everyone like regular folks. just couldn't recommend this place.

Modern interior design, cozy bar area, beautiful view from the room
Compact room size!!! Shower temperature inconsistencies leave much to be desired!!! Limited English TV channels for evening entertainment really need expanding!!! Noise from street detracts from relaxation, especially at night!!!

location was amazin, super close to wawel castle and a short walk to the old town. rooms were comfy and well-decorated with clean vibes. breakfast was to die for, so many choices like cereals and made-to-order omelettes. staff were really friendly and helpful, always there when i needed somethin. best hotel experience ever!
the shower temperature was kinda inconsistent sometimes and small room size was a bit of a letdown.

The interior design was like stepping into a stylish art gallery, with its lovely colour combinations and elegant furnishings that made me feel right at home. Very accessible for seniors, too, which was wonderful.
More comfortable seating in the lounge area, please.
